Saudi Arabia’s leading bank, ‘Riyad Bank’ has recently begun to deploy Pepper as a customer service representative across several branches in the Kingdom. Pepper had its grand debut at the 7th edition of the ‘Arabnet Exhibition’ that was held in Riyad, Saudi Arabia in December 2018.

The humanoid robot will be assisting customers when it comes to performing their day to day transactions at the bank and will be offering users a number of different services to choose from.


This is the first application that Yas Digital Media has built that is designed completely in Arabic! We are confident that the addition of a highly advanced digital touch point like Pepper will be elevating the technological capabilities of the bank and therefore reinforcing its position as one of the leading banks in the region!
